I like the fact that LSHVANS do not use proprietary parts, so maintenance is not a problem, because parts are available anywhere, and does not necessitate taking the van to a mobility dealer. For that reason I started replacing my vans (Braun, VMI, Rollx) with vans converted by Lone Star Handicap Vans, LLC. If you want to test a vehicle, just place it on a rental fleet. I purchased 38 vans from LSHVans, I have experienced almost no warranty issues, and I have some of these vans on my rental fleet for over 2 years. | My Name is Sandi and I am giving my testimonial on my purchase from Lone Star Handicap Vans. I am plagued with a genetic disease which has been crippling me for some 20 years. For years I drove a van equipped with a Curbsider Lift. I used to load my chair and walk up front and drive to work. Did this for several years. The disease is progressing so I lost my ability to drive in 2008. I had to rely on someone to take me places and do shopping for me. The great news is that Lone Star Handicap Vans has helped me get back into the world. My husband works off 3 weeks and home 3 weeks and I am alone when he is gone. Now I can go shopping, to the doctor and any where I want to, no longer forced to stay home and wait for someone to drive me. This company even found a van I wanted.
